FULL REFUND TO TRAVELERS: Effective July 1, 2020, ticketed customers will get a full refund with no fees or service charges if they get a positive COVID-19 test prior to their flight. In that case just go to https://bit.ly/Manage-my-trip with your Silver's booking confirmation code ready.

TRAVEL SAFETY UPDATE: Beginning May 15, 2020, all Silver and Seaborne passengers must wear face coverings (including masks, bandanas, scarves, or other forms of face protection) in the airports we serve and when in flight.

The mask requirement includes time during check-in, boarding, in-flight, and deplaning. Young children who are not able to maintain a face covering on their own are exempt from this policy, as are individuals with qualifying health reasons or disabilities.

This requirement is part of the airline’s ongoing commitment to prioritizing customer and team member well-being in response to the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic. Always remember to avoid travel if you are showing symptoms of respiratory illness or traveling from a restricted area.

Thank you in advance for following this requirement. At Silver Airways, the health and safety of our passengers and our employees is priority number one.


Due to evolving Coronavirus (COVID-19) concerns, starting April 4th, 2020 we are waiving change and cancellation fees to customers who choose Silver’s Freedom Fares or Escape Fares:

  • For travel departing April through December 2020. Your unused ticket can be applied to buy a new flight. If the fare and taxes of the new flight are higher, the difference will be collected. If the fare and taxes of the new flight are lower, the difference will move to Travel Bank for future use. Tickets must be changed or cancelled prior to the departure of your original flight to avoid being a “No-Show” and lose the value of the ticket.
  • Customers who booked with Silver's Refundable Fare for domestic or international travel may change their reservation at any time with no fees or penalties, as it is done prior to departure of your original flight.

On Silver’s Freedom Fares or Escape Fares:
  • For tickets purchased between July 1st to December 31st, 2020 for travel through December 31st, 2020 we are waiving change and cancellation fees. Your unused ticket can be applied to buy a new flight. If the fare and taxes of the new flight are higher, the difference will be collected. If the fare and taxes of the new flight are lower, the difference will move to a Travel Bank for future use. Tickets must be changed or cancelled prior to the departure of your original flight to avoid being a “No-Show” and lose the value of the ticket.
  • Tickets are valid for one year from the date of purchase and final travel must be completed by the end of the ticket validity. For all tickets purchased at least 7 days before a flight’s scheduled departure date and time, you can cancel without penalty and receive a full refund as long as it is done within 24 hours of hours after the reservation is made. For everything else, the fare rules associated to the purchased ticket will apply.
Please remember that if you purchased your ticket through a third party (travel agency or another airline), you have to contact them directly for assistance with changes and cancellations

Exchanges should be processed as involuntary – only for 3M segments – using waiver code "SILCOV20" and waiver table number "03" for "Acts of God". Please apply the appropriate ticketing and travel period:
